胃舒散对大鼠慢性胃炎的治疗作用

摘　　要：[目的]研究胃舒散对大鼠慢性胃炎的治疗作用,并探讨其机制。[方法]用2%水杨酸钠结合饥饱失常等综合因素诱发大鼠实验性慢性胃炎模型,观察不同剂量胃舒散对其治疗作用。采用光镜和扫描电镜观察胃的组织学改变,用滴定法测定胃液游离胃酸,化学发光法测定胃组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)水平。[结果]胃舒散(3.0 g/kg,1.5 g/kg)明显减轻了大鼠慢性胃炎程度,降低胃黏膜炎症指数并增加上皮层厚度,提高胃组织SOD活性,降低MDA水平(P<0.05),但对游离胃酸无明显作用。[结论]胃舒散对大鼠实验性慢性胃炎有治疗作用,其机制与抗氧化、保护胃黏膜细胞有关,但与胃酸分泌无关。[Objective]To investigate the therapeutic effects and mechanisms of Weishusan on chronic gastritis in rats. [Methods]A chronic gastritis model was induced by 2% sodium salicylate and other factors for 6 weeks in rats. The rats were divided into control group and experimental groups. The rats in experimental groups received, intragastrically, either different dosages of Weishusan or saline for 2 weeks. Mucosal changes were assessed by quantitative histology, scanning electron microscopy, measurements of free acid of gastric juice, the lengths of mucosal epithelium, SOD activities and MDA levels in gastric tissues. [Results] After administrating 3.0g/kg, 1. 5g/kg of Weishusan suspension once a day, both the mucosal inflammation index in antrum and corpus were significantly reduced （P〈0. 05） and the surface epithelium was mostly reestablished. Weishusan increased SOD activities （P〈0. 05） and decreased MDA levels （P〈0. 05） in gastric tissues, however, the free acid of gastric juice had no significant difference among these treatment groups. [Conclusion]Weishusan has a therapeutic role in experimental chronic gastritis by antioxygen and cell protection , but the effect is not related to gastric acid secretion.
