网络教学质量的模糊综合评价

摘　　要：网络课程质量评价对远程教育具有重要的意义。科学有效的评价可以实现网络教学的全程管理，正确引导网络教育的发展。由于涉及多方面、多因素，网络课程质量难以度量，本文采用模糊综合评价法解决这一问题。参考了国内外的网络课程质量评价标准，建立了网络课程质量评价指标体系层次分析模型，给出了网络课程质量评价的层次结构和计算方法，并给出了应用实例。The quality evaluation of Web-based course is important to distance education. The scientific and effective evaluation will implement Web-based teaching management during the whole course, and lead healthy development of Web-based education. The Web-based course quality is difficult to measure because it is composed of various attributes, so that this paper applies the fuzzy synthetic evaluation to overcome the difficulty. We refer to foreign and domestic evaluation standards of Webbased course quality, put forward analysis model of hierarchical index system, give hierarchy framework, and calculation method, and show application example.
