摘　　要：地理信息科学大学联盟(UCGIS)于2006年9月正式发布了《地理信息科学与技术知识体2006(GI S&T BoK 2006)》,该书是第一部全面系统地表述地理信息科学与技术学科组成、劳动力市场需求、从业人员能力素质要求以及知识体内容等的专著,表达了编者们对当今地理信息科学与技术知识体的一种广泛认知和共识。研究和分析UCGIS GI S&T知识体的思想方法、教学理念、知识体的内容等具有重要的现实意义。为此,作者对该知识体文本进行了长期的跟踪和研究。本文着重剖析该知识体的形成、学术价值、内容组成、主要特点,以期能对我国地理信息科学与技术学科的课程规划、教育教学改革等提供借鉴。The first edition of the GI S＆T Body of Knowledge has been published in September 2006 by the UCGIS. It is the first book including the contents and structure of the GI S＆T and discussing the definition and workforce demand and the abilities of professionals of GI S＆T community, which can be regarded as representative the viewsi of the majority of the broad GI S＆T community. The research and analysis to the methodology, vision, its structure and contents of UCGIS GI S＆T Body of Knowledge 2006 will be meaningful according to the current situation in China GIS Education community. Therefore, we have made a research to its documentation and traced its changes and update for a long period. In this paper, we focus on the analysis to its background, academic values, major features, contents of GI S＆T. Expect that it will be help to the Model Curricula planning and education reform, etc.
