星形胶质瘤中的Laminin阳性细胞

摘　　要：本研究以１５例星形胶质细胞瘤，２例脑膜瘤的瘤组织为材料，经４％多聚甲醛常规固定，冰切４０μｍ，每１例相邻切片分别用ＬＮ和ＧＦＡＰ抗体孵育，用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法观察基膜素（ＬＮ）和胶质纤维酸性蛋白（ＧＦＡＰ）在星形胶质细胞瘤中的表达及分布。结果发现在各级星形胶质瘤中均见有ＬＮ和ＧＦＡＰ阳性细胞；同１例ＬＮ和ＧＦＡＰ阳性细胞的形态、数量、分布及染色强度基本相似；其染色类型有两种：一种为胞体及突起均着色，呈典型星状，多见于Ⅰ～Ⅱ级星形胶质瘤中。另一种以胞浆着色为主，阳性细胞呈星状极少，多见于Ⅲ～Ⅳ级星形胶质瘤中；星形胶质细胞瘤中的血管基膜呈现ＬＮ阳性反应，ＧＦＡＰ染色的血管壁上见有大量深染的足板。本实验表明：星形胶质瘤中除存在ＧＦＡＰ阳性的细胞外，还存在ＬＮ阳性的细胞。The morphology and distribution of laminin(LN)and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) in 15 human astrocytomas and 2 meningomas were studied by using immunochemical ABC methods with antibody to LN and GFAP .The results have shown that positive cells of LN and GFAP were seen in 14 astrocytomas,2 meningomas were negative for LN ,except for the vessel walls .The morphology and distribution of LN and GFAP immunoreaction were similar in same case ;two staining patterns of LN and GFAP positive cells were displayed in astrocytomas :patterns Ⅰ[ST5”〗-the perikaryon and processess stained cells were seen prominently in Ⅰ-Ⅱ grade astrocytomas and patterns Ⅱ[ST5”〗-cells staining with perikaryon as the dominant were mainly found in Ⅲ-Ⅳ [ST5”〗grade .All vascular walls were posistive for LN but not for GFAP and immunoreactive positive end feet of astrocyte adhering to the vascular walls were seen intensively in GFAP.The results indicated that not only GFAP positive cells but also LN positive cells have been found in astrocytomas suggesting that LN positive cells are astrocytes.
