摘 要:范畴是客观事物最一般规定性的概念,是藉以进行理论思维的工具;范畴之形成以及范畴体系之建立是衡量一门学问是否成为一门科学的重要标志。经验证,中国传统哲学中的道、诚、有无、言意、形神等19个范畴可确立为中国传统译论范畴;这些范畴所构成的范畴体系以及该体系所蕴涵的范式对翻译审美实践过程中翻译主体的基本思维模式之合理性做出了解释。表面上,本项研究是在探讨传统译论理论形态的合理性问题;实质上,本项研究所真正关切的,是阐述传统译论的学科合法性问题与学科基础理论合法性问题。Category is popularly agreed to be a concept reflecting the essence of objects in the real world,and is resorted to as the instrument for theoretical thinking;identification of categories together with the establishment of category system marks the establishment of a discipline. It has been proved that dao, cheng,you-wu, yan-yi, xing-shen,and other fourteen categories as in Chinese traditional philosophy can be accepted as the categories for the Chinese traditional translation theories,and that the system thereof as well as the paradigm of the system accounts for translator' s way of thinking while translating. The present study, in essence,offers defense in favor of the legitimacy of the Chinese traditional translation theories.
