摘　　要：分析图书馆员的工作倦怠的表现和影响因素,提出解决图书馆员工作倦怠问题的途径.This paper analyses the librarians＇ expression of working languidness and its influential elements, and then puts forward the means of solving the problem of the librarians＇ working languidness.
