摘　　要：原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤是一种少见的高侵袭性结外非霍奇金淋巴瘤,发生于脑内或脊髓内。绝大多数为弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤。该文作者对近年来原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤遗传学及发病机制的研究进展作如下综述。Primary central nervous system lymphoma is a rare aggressive extranodal non-Hodgkin＇ s lymphoma, presenting in the brain or spinal cord. The majority of it is usually the diffuse large B-cell type. This review summarizes the new progress in genetics and pathogenesis of the disease.
