摘　　要：阐述IT咨询的现状,分析在IT咨询公司特有的组织结构下组织内知识共享的必要性,提出知识价值的概念,建立组织内知识价值最大化模型,并对模型进行分析。分析结论表明,组织内的知识价值总量是各个部门的知识价值的加权平均值,在考虑各部门知识价值最大化的同时也要考虑成本的投入。The article first explain the actuality of IT consulting, analyzing the necessary of the knowledge sharing inside organization under the unique organization frame of IT consulting company, putting forward the conception of knowledge value, setting up the internal knowledge value optimization model, and analyzing it, the conclusion comes up as： the total of the knowledge value inside organization is of the knowledge value in various departments, and considering cost spending as well as the total of knowledge value of departments.
