摘　　要：《遗传学》是高等师范院校生物学专业的重要课程,其实验课尤为重要,针对《遗传学》实验课教学存在的弊端,本文提出在教学模式和教学内容上进行改革,主要有实行“导师制”,开放实验室,增加探索性、创造性实验。Genetics is an important Biology curriculum for the students whose major are biological education in teacher - training college. Experiment weight heavily in biology education. Based on the weakness of experiment education, we reformed the content and pattern of experiment education, including ＂adviser~ system＂, ＂probing in experiment＂. The students can select different curricula to cultivate their interest in Biology. Through this way we developed their innovative ability.
