摘 要:目的探讨从分子分型角度对金黄色葡萄球菌引起的食源性疾病进行溯源。方法用食品卫生微生物检验国家标准(GB/T4789)分离鉴定菌株,用mini-VIDAS全自动荧光酶标免疫测试仪进行葡萄球菌肠毒素检测,Ribo-Printer全自动微生物基因指纹鉴定系统进行基因分型,用Bio Numerics软件对图谱数据进行统计分析。结果从来源于各类样品的菌株中检出葡萄球菌肠毒素,28株金黄色葡萄球菌共分为22个核糖型,不同地区的菌株图谱的相似性低,但同一爆发事件分离的菌株基因图谱同源性高。结论RFLP法具备良好的分型能力,rDNA指纹图谱对食物中毒事件溯源效果明显。Objeetlve To trace the source of pathogens of a food- borne disease due to contamination with Staphylococcus aureus by means of molecular biology. Methods The suspected samples were tested for determination of whether they were contaminated by pathogenic bacteria according to National Microbiological Examination Standards of Food Hygiene (GB/T4789). Mini - VIDAS apparatus was utilized to determine Staphylococcal enterotoxin in the process and RibePrinter Automated Molecular Typing System was used for genotype typing. Results Staphylococcal enterotoxin was detected from the strains. 28 isolated Staphylococcus aureus were divided into 22 ribogroups. There was little similarity between the patterns of strains from different regions, but there was close similarity between the patterns of strains from the same outbreak. Conclusion Method RP can differentiate genotypes of Staphylacoccus aureus and ribosomal DNA fingerprinting patterns are useful for tracing the soure of pathogens of microbial foodpoisoning.
