关于高校与企业共建实验室的探讨

摘　　要：当前大学生就业形势紧张,学生动手能力普遍较差,学校应加大实验教学的力度。但是由于经费紧张,一些实验往往难以开展。文中探讨了长沙理工大学管理学院寻求社会力量共建实验室的一些做法,介绍了学校、学生的体会及企业的收获,并指出今后仍需要努力的方向。One of the reasons why undergraduates are not competent in the job market lies in their inability to apply what they have learned in class to real situation. Therefore it is necessary for the university to enhance the experiment teaching. However, because of the lack of necessary funds, a lot of experiments are hard to develop. This article probes into the possibilities of establishing the lab with the aid of enterprises. It also includes some experiences from university students and enterprises.
