摘　　要：黑龙江东方学院把为黑龙江经济和社会发展服务,培养应用型人才作为办学宗旨,在实践教学方面加大改革力度,培养应用型人才,采取实验教学─生产实习─就业实习“三段式”培养模式,形成了特点突出,可操作性强,切实可行的实践教学内容。通过几年的实践,毕业生具有较扎实的专业理论、较强的专业实践适应能力,受到了用人单位的欢迎,在应用型人才培养方面取得了初步成效。The Heilongjiang East College serves for the Heilongjiang economy and the social development, raises the application talented person to take the school objective, increases the reform dynamics in the practice teaching aspect, trains the application talented person, adopts the experimental teaching - production practice - employment practical pattern, formed the characteristic to be prominent, feasibility, practical and feasible practice course content. Through several years practice, the graduates has the solid specialized theory, strong specialized practice adaptive ability, has been well received by employers, and has obtained the preliminary result in the application personnel training aspect.
