摘 要:【目的】为改善孤独症儿童的症状,增加社会适应性而进行结构化教育治疗。【方法】采用病例对照研究研究方法,对87例孤独症患儿进行研究,其中46例为研究组,在专业孤独症训练机构,接受结构化教育训练,其余41例为对照组,未接受该训练。训练时间每天不少于6 h,个别训练和集体训练相结合,父母全程参与。6个月为一个治疗周期。于治疗前、3个月末、6个月末分别有专业医师指导患儿看护者采用ABC量表、ATEC量表对两组患儿进行评估。【结果】与训练前相比,研究组治疗结束后ABC量表得分、ATEC量表总分及各项得分均降低,其中ABC量表得分、ATEC量表总分、ATEC量表语言项得分差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01),其余各项得分差异具有显著性(P<0.05);与对照组相比,ABC量表、ATEC量表及各项得分也降低,差异具有非常显著性及显著性(P<0.01或P<0.05)。【结论】结构化教育对孤独症儿童症状的改善是有效的。[Objective] To alleviate the symptoms of the autisms and make them fit to live in the society. [Method] By case-control method, 87 cases was enrolled. 46 cases who accepted the structured teaching training was selected as study group, while 41 cases who did not accept this training was selected as control group. The training lasted for 6 months. The efficacy was evaluated before the training, for 3 months and 6 months with the ABC scale and the ATEC scale. [Results] In the study group, the scores of the ABC scale and the ATEC scale were very significantly lowered (P 〈(0.01). The ATEC language subscale score in study group was also very significantly lowered (P〈(0.01) and the rest of the subscale scores were significantly decreased (P〈(0.05). Compared with the control group, the scores of these scales were very significantly or significantly different (P〈(0.01 or 〈(0.05). [Conclusions] The structured teaching can alleviate the autism symptoms.
