摘　　要：作者介绍了日本和我国保健食品的法律体系、审批管理制度,对两国保健食品的概念、原料管理、允许声称的保健功能、功效成分、安全评价、审批程序及标识等方面进行了比较,为借鉴国外保健食品的管理经验,进一步完善我国保健食品管理制度提供参考。The law and management systems of health foods in Japan and China were introduced. The differences and similarities of health food management between two countries were compared in terms of their concepts, raw material control, claimed functions, functional factors, safety evaluation and certification procedure and so on. Advices are also proposed to improve the health food management in our country.
