摘　　要：在企业伦理越来越受到关注的今天,家族企业作为一种独特的企业形态,具备了自身的企业伦理模式,同时也产生了一些一般企业所没有的伦理问题。就该问题提出思考和观点,试从利益相关者层面全面地分析家族企业的伦理问题,并探究其原因,同时尝试提出切实可行的解决之道。Nowadays, business ethics gains more and more popularities. As a unique form of business, the family corporation has its own characteristics. The family corporation also has some unique ethical problems. Studying the content of these problems, analyzing the reasons and providing some solutions are of great use in practice. The paper gives some thoughts and opinions to these problems. It tries to analyze the ethical problems of family corporation from the perspective of the main stakeholders, anatomize which these problems come from and provide some practical ways to improve the ethics of family corporation.
