摘　　要：对食品中寄生虫污染的种类及寄生虫对人体健康的影响以及造成污染的途径进行了分析,并对预防食品中寄生虫污染提出一些建议。The parasite pollution type to food and the parasite influence to the human health ,as well as the ways causing pollution were investigated.And to prevents the parasite pollution to food, some proposals were put forward.
