摘　　要：随着网络的普及和发展,网络信息技术日趋成为现代人学习、生活和工作的主要信息来源,网络信息技术也同样成为高校教学技术的重要手段。教育形式网络化是教育形式变革的必然结果,网络课堂是教育形式网络化的重要手段。高校必须要大力加强和改进网络教育,培养学生信息能力,推进21世纪高校大学生素质教育。With the popularization and development of network, network information is becoming the main information source for people＇s study, life and work. Therefore, network information technology has also become one important means for the teaching and learning in colleges and universities. Education through network has become the necessity result of education means reform, and on-line classroom has become an important measure for the education through network. It is highly necessary for colleges and universities to enhance and improve the network education so as to improve the information ability of students for the final end of promoting quality education to college students.
