职业院校“双师型”教师培养模式探讨

摘　　要：本文对当前职业院校在“双师型”教师队伍建设中存在的问题作了较全面的分析,并结合自己的体会、认识,提出了对高职高专院校“双师型”师资队伍培养模式的可行性建议。This article deals with the problems that exist in the teaching staff construction of theory - and - practice orientation in the present vocational colleges. Combining with his experience and thinking, the author puts forward the feasible suggestions about the development of teaching staff construction patterns in vocational colleges.
