摘　　要：数学教师专业发展的隐性素质结构是教师自主发展的动力机制,影响着数学教师的身心健康、工作动机和教育行为等多方面的发展。同时,其专业发展的隐性素质结构在数学教师专业发展中发挥着极为重要的作用。The invisible quality structure in the speciality development of math teacher is the dynamic mech - anism in the independent development, and influences the teachers in various aspects, such as health, motivation and education acts. This paper illustratres the invisible quality structure and its function and value in the specialty development of math teacher.
