摘　　要：本文分析了高职院校办学资源配置存在的问题,阐述了优化办学资源配置的重要性,提出了高职院校资源配置应遵循的原则和配置模式。The article analyzes the existed problems on the distribution of resources in running schools for the advanced vocational colleges, dictates the importance of optimizing the distribution of the resources in nmning schools, and at last, puts forward the principles and models we should obey on that point above.
