摘　　要：高校中层干部队伍建设对于高校发展及其人才培养目标的实现,对于高教事业发展都至关重要。高校中层干部应具备较高的思想素质、业务素质和一定的领导艺术。加强高校中层干部队伍建设,应注重选拔任用,加大培训力度,建立健全机制,关心干部待遇,注重领导班子搭建和干部配备。The construction of middle-level cadres team in colleges and universities is important to the development of higher education and the university and to the realization of the goal of cultivating talents. Middle-level cadres in colleges and universities should possess higher quality and capability in ideology, management and leadership. Strengthening construction of middle-level cadres should focus on careful election, strengthened training, establishment of management system, attention to their treatment and leadership coordination.
