摘　　要：介绍了物流企业传统奖金激励机制的弊端,以及EVA激励机制的优势,并针对物流企业设计一套涵盖中高层管理人员及基层员工的激励机制。The paper introduces the shortcomings of traditional bonus incentive system and advantages of EVA incentive system and designs a set of incentive system for the medium and high level managing staffs and the workers of root-level in logistics enterprise.
