图书馆管理组织的变革与创新

摘　　要：网络环境下对图书馆管理组织的灵活性和组织沟通提出了更高的要求,再加上现代社会越来越推崇以人为中心的和谐管理方式,这些都是传统图书馆组织难以满足的,导致图书馆工作流程发生变化,部分传统的工作将会合并或取消,从而引起组织的变革和重组。本文引进组织再造的理论、知识管理的理论和全面质量管理的理论对图书馆组织的变革方式提出了新的建议。Internet environment requires high flexibility and communication of library management. What＇s more, the society puts more emphasis on human - oriented management which eannot be satisfied by traditional libraries. This results in the change of library workflow and reform as well as reorganization of library organization. This paper introduces reorganization principle into library and puts forward some suggestions to knowledge management and quality management.
