摘　　要：湖北省是我国淡水产品生产大省,淡水产业对湖北国民经济的发展和农民增收具有重要的现实意义。本文对湖北省与全国各主要省份之间的淡水产业发展情况进行了比较研究,剖析了湖北省所具有的优势和存在的差距,并依据产业指向性原理和关联分析理论等方法进行了分析论证,提出了发展和壮大湖北淡水产业的对策与建议。Hubei is one of the greatest freshwater product producing provinces in China. Freshwater industry is very important to the development of country economy and increase of farmer income in Hubei province. The paper studied the development situation between Hubei and other provinces in China comparatively, analyzed the superiorities and problems of freshwater industry in Hubei province, and put forward the strategies and suggestions to develop and progress freshwater industry in Hubei province with ratiocinating it by Industrial Directional Principle, and Relevance Analysis Theory.
