摘 要:激光焊接是金刚石工具领域的重要创新发展方向。本文针对薄壁金刚石钻头规格多、精度要求高以及可焊性差等特点,研制开发了薄壁金刚石工程钻头激光自动焊接系统;此系统由激光器、光路系统、钻头焊接机床和控制系统组成;采用稳定三折激光腔技术、三工位分时导光系统、三爪自定心卡盘、Festo机械手和西门子PLC,解决了高激光光束质量、钻头基体装夹与定位、刀头传送、刀头抓取与定位、自动控制系统等关键技术。结果表明:此焊接系统光束质量好,性能稳定、可靠;可以焊接直径Ф25-Ф50mm,长度小于500mm的薄壁金刚石钻头,焊接速度0.5-1.5m/min,激光功率1000—1500W,效率20—60个/h;薄壁金刚石钻头的焊接精度高,焊缝质量好,达到MPA标准。Laser welding is now a competitive technology for the development of diamond tools. Taking the features such as higher precision, different specification requirements and poor weld - ability into account, the automated laser welding system , designed to manufacture drilling-bits, was developed. It consists of laser, laser beam propagation system, welding machine and control system. Different technology and parts, such as steady three - fold laser cavity technology, beam propagation system of three - station at intervals, three - claw chuck of self - choosing center, FESTO manipulator and SEMENS PLC were adopted in this system. Therefore, many key technologies such as laser beam quality, catching and orientation of drill - body, transmission of segments, catching and orientation of segments and automated controlling system were developed. The results indicate that laser welding system possesses better laser beam quality, steady and reliable performance. It is capable of welding diamond core drill bit with diameter of Ф20 - Ф350mm, less than 500 mm in length, while the welding rate and laser power are 0.5 - 1.5 m/min and 1000 -1500 W respectively,the welding efficiency of 20 -60 entries/h could be reached with this system. The diamond core drill bit could be manufactured with higher welding precision,better weld seam quality, so as to meet the requirements of MPA criterion.
