摘 要:分别利用发酵生产的灵芝菌球、低聚果糖和乳酸菌制备7种剂型营养液,通过体外降血清胆固醇试验,筛选出对降低胆固醇效果好的剂型。结果表明,灵芝发酵菌丝体液、低聚果糖液和3种乳酸菌液分别对胆固醇有降低作用,降低作用最大为灵芝发酵菌丝体液,其次低聚果糖液体,最小为3种乳酸菌液。灵芝发酵菌丝体液、低聚果糖液体经乳酸菌液发酵后对人体血清胆固醇的降解作用比两两之间的叠加作用更加显著。7 kinds of dose nutrient liquid were produced by fermented G.lucidum 730 mycelia, Fructo-oligosaccharide and lactic acid bacteria. Then screen the best dose though in vitro trials of decreasing serum cholesterol. The results were as follows: G. lucidum, fructo-oligosaccharide and lactic acid bacteria all can reduce cholesterol level. Dose nutrient liquid produced by fermented G.lucidum 730 mycelia has the best effect, the second is Fructo-oligosaccharide solution, and lactic acid bacteria solution has the minimum effect. The synergistic effect by the three factors was better than each two of them.
