摘 要:魔芋葡甘聚糖接枝丙烯酸共聚物(KAC)作为一种高分子电解质,其特有的扩散吸湿特性可以有效改变局部环境的干燥状态。本文研究了KAC在几种环境湿度下的吸湿率和平均吸湿速率,分析了不同粒径KAC的扩散吸湿性能,并与变色硅胶、蒙脱石通用吸湿剂的吸湿性能进行了比较。实验结果表明:KAC具有显著的扩散吸湿特点,其吸湿率和平均吸湿速率强烈地依赖环境湿度量和吸湿接触面积,明显的正相关性表现出KAC在高湿环境中(RH=(90±1)%)具有优越的高效吸湿功能,室温下4d的吸湿率高达100%,9d后大于120%。与通用吸湿剂相比较,KAC在RH=(90±1)%和RH=(10±1)%的环境中,表现出长效吸湿和强保水能力。同时运用IR和SEM对KAC进行了结构分析,其富含的亲水性离子基团,以及不规则的多网格微观结构可成为高湿环境中长效吸湿剂开发应用的参考依据。The konjac glucomannan-acrylic acid copolymer (KAC), a kind of polyelectrolyte can change the local ambient moisture effectively by diffusion moisture-absorption characteristics. The moisture absorptivity and average absorption velocity of KAC in different humidity and KAC of different particle size were investigated, and the moisture absorbability of KAC and common desiccant ( silica gel and mentor-rock) was compared in this paper. The result indicate that KAC has significant diffusion moisture-absorption characteristics, which moisture absorptivity and average absorption velocity of KAC strongly depend on ambient moisture and active area. The obvious positive correlation showed the superior moisture absorption function of KAC at RH = (90±1 ) % , and its moisture absorptivity reached 100% and 120% for 4d and 9d respectively. KAC was superior to common desiccant in lasting moisture absorption and best water-retentivity at RH = (90±1 )% and RH = (10±1 )% . The structure of KAC was characterized by IR and SEM, its rich hydrophilic and ionic groups and irregular network can supply reference for application as long-term desiccant in high humidity.
