摘 要:考虑磁悬浮非线性系统在质量变化和空气间隙大范围变化情况下的空气间隙控制问题。将空气间隙的变化区域分为若干小区域,再对每个小区域设计动态输出反馈鲁棒控制器,并将控制器设计问题转化为H∞控制器综合问题,控制器根据气隙所处的区域进行切换,使得系统在空气间隙大范围变化区域内保持稳定,并对质量和气隙变化具有鲁棒性。这种切换控制方法克服了采用非线性系统反馈线性化方法和滑模控制方法设计的控制器需要空气间隙变化速度信息的缺点及反馈线性化方法对参数变化鲁棒性差的不足,降低了系统复杂性,提高了系统的性能。The air gap control with the mass change of magnetic suspension nonlinear system and the large scope variety of air gap is considered. The scope of air gap was divided into several regions and for each region the dynamic output feedback robust controller was designed. The controller design problem was inverted into the H∞ controller synthesis problem. The controllers were switched according to the region in which air gap was, so that the system can be stable over the large scope of air gap and robust to the variety of mass and air gap. This switching control method overcomes the shortcomings of feedback linearization and sliding mode control that need the velocity of air gap and the shortcoming of feedback linearization that has poor robustness to system parameters, reduces the complexity of system and improves the performance of system.
