摘  要:哈尔滨医科大学遗传学教研室在几十年的教学过程中建立了各项制度:教学组织保障制度、“一帮一”师资培养制度、教学试讲制度、集体备课制度、听课制度和教学质量的评价制度等,以对教学质量的提高过程实施监控。在综合教学评价过程中与学校教学督导委员会的工作紧密配合,对每位教师的教学过程进行综合的教学评价。配合学校教务处、人事处等将教师在综合教学评价的结果,与评选优秀教师、提职、晋级和聘任等挂钩。严密的组织制度的保障和监控,综合的教学评价,全面提高了教师的教学质量。The staff room of genetics built up various systems in several decades of teaching process, such as the teaching organization guarantee system, "one help one" teacher development system, teaching system and prepare lessons system, evaluation system and so on, to supervised and controled the process of teaching quality improvement. In comprehensive teaching evaluation process with teaching councilor' s committee of the school work close match, to each teacher of teaching process carry on the comprehensive teaching evaluation; match with the school office of the dean of studies, personnel department. To the teacher in the process of comprehensive teaching evaluation of result, with judge and decide the excellent teacher, lift the job and rise in rank and appoint, the hook. The guarantee and supervisions of the tight organization system, comprehensive teaching evaluation, improved the teaching quality completely.
