摘 要:基因突变的分子检测是确定生物性状与某种遗传变异的关系、探讨生物物种内基因的差异、了解生物种间亲缘和进化的关键技术,对群体遗传学和生物分类学研究、遗传病诊断等都有着重要的理论意义和实用价值。因此,对于基因突变的检测方法的研究目前受到广泛关注。对基因突变的形式及其分子检测技术作了全面综述。The assay of gene mutation is very important for the determination of the relationship between phenotype and nucleic acid mutation,gene polymorphism among individuals of the same species,the homologous and phylogenetic relationship between different species. It is of great significance in the study of the population genetics and taxonomy and genetic diseases diagnosis both theoretically and practically. Therefore,the research of molecular detecting technology on gene mutation has been paid great attention recently. In this paper,the detection techniques used widely for gene mutation and the applications of the methods of gene mutation were reviewed.
