摘 要:以摆线针轮传动系统为研究对象,通过分析各零件受力状况,依据达郎贝尔原理建立该系统传动精度的非线性动力学数学模型,并用Newmark法对其进行求解。通过对摆线针轮传动系统动力学行为进行数值仿真,表明仿真结果与实测结果吻合较好。该方法适用于高精度摆线针轮系统的传动精度研究,为设计、制造高精度摆线针轮传动系统提供了相应的理论依据,同时也有助于其他类似齿轮系统的传动精度研究。In comprehensive consideration of the manufacturing errors, assembly errors, bearing clearances and elastic deformation, the dynamic transmission accuracy for the cycloid drive was studied. The nonlinear dynamic model was established according to D'Alembert theory and was solved by using Newmark method. The theoretical research and test analysis show that the results of numerical simulation are agree with that of experiment. The presented method is useful to the research on transmission accuracy of high precision cycloid drive system, and lays a good theoretical foundation for its design and manufacture. It is also beneficial to research the transmission accuracy of other similar gear drives.
