摘　　要：从中国传统文化资源的角度,论述了中国传统文化在我国企业管理中的部分运用。我国现代企业管理在借鉴西方管理理念的同时,还应从中国的国情出发,深挖中国传统文化的资源宝库,吸取其精华,创造性地将其应用于现代企业管理之中,促进我国企业管理工作的发展。The application of Chinese traditional culture in administration of Chinese corporations had been discussed. The mangers in Chinese finns should not only use for reference the western managing theory but also should abstract the soul of traditional culture in China to advance the administration level in Chinese finns.
