摘　　要：台湾的健康食品与祖国大陆的保健食品概念相同,年销售额已逾300亿新台币,1999年颁发了《健康食品管理法》等一系列法规。台湾受美国和日本的保健食品的引导,同时又受到中医药养生保健理论的影响,因而融汇了中西保健食品的特点,台湾凭借其先进的食品加工技术,良好的学术研究环境,结合祖国优秀的中医食疗理论,计划建立世界上独特的食物预防医学体系,使保健食品业在国际市场上占有一席之地。Taiwan＇s ＂health food＂ has the same concept as the mainland and annual sales of health food reaches more than 30 billion new Taiwan currencies. In 1999 Taiwan announced a series of laws such as the ＂health food management law ＂. Taiwan Health food influenced deeply by American and Japanese health food industry, it combines the specialties of western and Chinese medicine. Based on the advanced technology, exeellent research environment, and the Chinese therapeutic theories, Taiwan healthy food industry is planning to find a unique food system of preventive medicineand to find its position in the international health food industry.
