摘　　要：近年来,世界各国对环境保护要求日益严格,在油脂精炼中减低对环境影响、节能、废弃物有效利用等相关技术研究已成为重要课题。该文对油脂精炼工艺,及其在精炼过程中产生废弃白土和皂脚有效利用等课题最新研究进展作一综述。The investigation concerning processes where the environmental impact is decreased, energy conservation, and effective use for wastes becomes an important problem also in oil and fat industry, while the demand for the environmental protection is rising worldwide in recent years. This paper takes up the research on the above mentioned subjects, such as effective use of refining process and soap stock which are the characteristic wastes in a refining process, paying attention to the refining process in an oil and fat manufacturing process.
