摘　　要：政府既是西部农村中等职业教育社会需求主体之一,又是其最大投资主体。政府的经济政策、职教政策、劳动用工政策等会引发西部农村中等职业教育社会需求的变化,而舆论导向、户籍制度改革、劳动就业政策、职教对口升学政策、职教学生资助政策等又会引发西部农村中等职业教育个人需求的变化。Government is one of the main parts of the social demand for secondary vocational education in the west, meanwhile, it is also the greatest investor. Its policies on economy, vocational education and employment will give rise to the changes of the social demand for secondary vocational education in the west. As well its public opinion orientation, reform in the system of registered permanent residence and its policies on employment, entering higher vocational school and the finanelal aid to the students will change the individual demand.
