摘  要:根据对发生过脱轨事故桥梁的分析,得出桥上列车脱轨的主要原因是桥梁横向刚度不足。多起桥上列车脱轨事故表明:现有铁路钢桥横向刚度限值不能预防列车脱轨,原因是现有桥梁横向刚度限值分析方法不能分析桥上列车走行安全性。基于列车脱轨能量随机分析理论,提出新的铁路桥梁横向刚度限值分析方法。具体步骤是:建立具有安全系数的预防脱轨条件,确定在设计车速下预防脱轨的桥梁横向刚度限值,代入此值检算桥上列车走行平稳性与舒适性。该方法确定的桥梁横向刚度限值既能保证列车平稳舒适运行,又可防止脱轨。运用此方法,制定的提速线32和40 m上承式钢板梁桥的横向刚度限值分别是主梁中心距为2.36和2.55m,提速线3×80连续钢桁梁桥的横向刚度限值是主桁中心距为6.61 m。According to the analysis of the bridges on which derailments had happened, a conclusion is drawn that the shortage of bridge lateral rigidity is the main reason for train derailment on bridges. Many derailment cases on bridge show that derailment on bridges cannot be prevented with the existing limit val- ue of steel bridge lateral rigidity. The reason is that the train running safety on bridge cannot be analyzed by means of the existing method for bridge lateral rigidity analysis. Based on energy random analysis theo- ry for derailment, a new method for analyzing the limit value of bridge lateral rigidity for derailment prevention is established. The detailed steps of the method include presentation of condition with safety coeffi- cient for derailment prevention, determination of limit value of bridge lateral rigidity under design speed and check calculations of smoothness and comfort of running train on bridge. The lateral rigidity limit values determined by the new method can ensure trains to run on bridges with smoothness and comfort, and also can prevent derailment. By this method, the lateral rigidity limit values (centre distance between main beams) for 32 and 40 m deck steel plate girder are established as 2.36 and 2.55 m respectively on speed-increase line. The lateral rigidity limit value (centre distance between main trusses) of 3×80 continuous truss beam is established as 6.61 m on speed-increase line.
