摘  要:[目的]分析大理学院2005级医学硕士研究生医学统计学的期末考试成绩,评价教学质量,为进一步的教改提供依据。[方法]运用教学测量学的原理和方法对试卷的难度、区分度、信度和成绩进行分析。[结果]平均成绩为75.38,标准差为12.51,呈近似正态分布;信度系数在0.41~0.65之间;难度系数较高的是上机计算分析题(0.45)和综合分析题(0.50);难度系数较低的是单项选择题(0.85)和填空题(0.88);区分度系数较低的是填空题(0.15)和单项选择题(0.20),其余的区分度都﹥0.4;失分较高的是上机计算分析题(32.27%)、综合分析题(31.12%)。[结论]试题难度适中、区分度和信度都好。学生成绩比较好。[Objective]To analyze the Final Examination scores of Medical Statistics for year 2005 Medical postgraduates of Dali College,to evaluate the teaching effects of Medical Statistics and provide basis for further teaching reform.[Methods]The difficulty,discrimination,reliability coefficient of the Final Examination paper and items were calculated respectively,the scores of the Final Examination were analyzed.[Results]The distribution of the scores showed to be Normal Distribution.The mean was 75.38,SD was 12.51.The range of reliability coefficient of the test items was 0.41-0.65. The higher difficulty oefficients were those of comprehensive items and calculating and analyziing items, which were 0.45 and 0,50 respectiVely, The lower difficulty coefficients were those of choice items arid Close items, which were 0.85 and 0.88 respectively, The lower discrimination coefficients were also those of choice items and cioze items, which were 0.15 arid 0.20 respectively. The others were more than 0.4. The items which lost nore scores were comprehensive lems (32.27%)calculating and analYzing items (31A2%) . [Conclusions] For this the difficulty is moderate, the discrimination is perfect and this test is relble. The student tres are relatively higher.
