企业对工程应用型本科院校毕业生工程素质的要求与相应培养措施的研究

摘　　要：通过调查研究和分析企业对工程应用型本科院校毕业生的基本素质要求和工程素质的要求,得出了在我国加入“WTO”后,面临产业结构和产业政策的全面调整情形下,企业所需具备何种工程素质的毕业生的研究结论,对可行的相关培养措施进行了分析并提出了建议。By studying and analyzing the basic requirements and engineering quality requirement , which is proposed by enterprise to graduates of engineering applied undergraduate. We gain a conclusion as to what qualities industrial graduates should possess, when we face the all-around adjustment of industrial structure and policy after China＇s entry into WTO. We also put forward the relevant training measures.
