摘　　要：人力资源是高校最重要的资源。论文分析了高校人力资源价值评估的必要性,在研究高校人力资源价值评估的理论基础上,构建了高校人力资源价值评估模型,最后以某大学为例进行了应用研究。Human resources are significant resources in university. This paper analyzes the necessity of evaluating the value of human resources in institutions of higher education. Based on the theory of evaluating the value of human resources in colleges and universities, we construct the evaluation model on human resources in colleges and universities, and take a college as a example to demon strafe this evaluation model.
