摘　　要：归因研究,是心理学的一个重要研究领域。目前归因理论已被广泛应用于教育、管理和临床实践等各个方面,为揭示和推断人们行为及活动的因果关系提供了理论依据,用以改变、控制和引导人们的行为。归因方式对学生的人格特征以及心理健康有着巨大的影响,关系到学生健全人格的养成。The field of attribution research is very important in Psychology. The attrition theory has been widely applied to education, management and clinic practice recently, which offers theoretic proofs to post and conclude the consequence of people! s behavior and activity, in order to change, control and guide people~ s behavior. Attributional style has great influence on students ~ personality and mental health, and is related to the nurturance of student＇ s healthy personality.
