摘　　要：后勤部门在高职院校中承担着为教学、科研和师生员工提供服务和保障的重任。在高职院校后勤管理中仍有很多不尽人意的方面,尚需改进,而制度建设、队伍建设、文化建设和职业道德建设是做好后勤工作的关键。Logistics provide service and assurance for teaching, researching and teachers, students in higher vocational colleges. But there are many dissatisfactory aspects that still need to improve in logistic management of higher vocational colleges. It is key to do logistics better that construction of system, team, culture and vocational ethics.
