高校辅导员队伍建设存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：辅导员是大学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者,是构建和谐校园的重要推动力量。当前,高校辅导员队伍建设中还存在着人员数量不足、队伍稳定性差、素质急需提高等许多问题。解决这些问题要引入培育机制和激励机制。Political instructors are the organizers, practitioners and directors in the ideological and political education of college students. They are also an important force in the work of building up harmonious campus. At present, there are still some problems in the construction of political instructors at colleges, such as shortage of personnel, an unstable team and the urgency of improvement of the political instructors＇ quality, etc. To solve these problems, training system and incentive system should be established.
