摘　　要：目的建立替硝唑注射液的元菌检查方法并对其进行验证。方法采用《中国药典》2005年版二部附录无菌检查项下薄膜过滤法。结果确定了替硝唑注射液无菌检查法的最佳冲洗量。结论为替硝唑注射液无菌检查方法提供依据。OBJECTIVE To establish and carriy on the confirmation asepsis inspection method of asepsis inspection method for tinidazole injection. METHODS The asepsis inspection item of under thin film filtration law in the two appendix version of the chinese Pharmacopoeia （2005）. RESULTS The best flushing quahtity was deter mined in the tinidazole injection asepsis inspection method. CONCLUSION Provides the basis for the tinidazole injection asepsis inspection method.
