摘  要:探讨了利用图像处理技术对磨损磨痕进行测量。该方法是基于图像处理,运用三次样条插值拟合出磨痕轮廓曲线,并以像素为标定单位计算出磨痕的面积。以销-盘磨损试验结果为典型实例,对磨痕进行了测量和计算,并基于表面轮廓测量结果对计算值进验证,误差比较结果证实了所述方法的正确性。The wear scar measurement method has been investigated based on image processing. In this method, the wear scar profile curve is fit by using cubic spline and the pixel in the image is used as unit to calculate the wear scar area. As a typical example, the wear scar on the disk is taken by this method to measure its wear scar area. For verifying the correction of the method, the wear scar is also measured by using surface profiler. The result shows that the method can be available for wear scar measurement by comparing the calculating value with measuring one.
