摘　　要：职业教育的师资问题一直是制约着教学质量提高的“瓶颈”,根据学生实际实行分层次教学乃是行之有效的改革探索。在高职英语教学中实行分层次教学,激发学生学习兴趣,增强学习信心,真正体现了以育人为本的教育理念。Students have been the Bottleneck which constraints the improvement of teaching and learning quality in professional colleges, so adopting layered teaching method is an effective exploration. Adopting Layered Teaching method in professional colleges can excite students＇ interest, improve their learning confidence and reflect the teaching concept of people-oriented.
