摘　　要：从中国家族企业的发展背景出发,论述了制约中国家族企业发展的内在因素,提出了相应的发展对策。Starting from the background of Chinese family-based enterprise, this paper analyzes on the internal factors restraining the development of Chinese family-based enterprise, and advances some corresponding countermeasures.
