摘　　要：针对高校档案馆员缺乏育人意识的现象,分析了其形成原因,并提出了解决这一问题的对策。In the light of being short of people＇s education consciousness of the tilers of university archive establishment, this paper analyzing on the reasons of this problem, and advances some countermeasures for solving this problem.
