摘  要:目的:建立氟电极甘汞电极法测定面制食品中铝的方法。方法:以氟电极为指示电极,甘汞电极为参比电极,以乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液(pH 4.7)的氟溶液为本底溶液,加入不同浓度的铝标准溶液,测定其电位值,绘制电位值与铝浓度的标准曲线,再在氟本底溶液中加入样品溶液测定电位值,从标准曲线查出铝的含量。结果:铝的加入量在3.6-80.0μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数0.9994,线性回归方程X=-1.63E-298.15,当样品含量为75.1、125、512 mg/kg时RSD分别为5.3%、1.1%和3.6%,方法平均回收率为98.8%。结论:该方法用于测定面制食品中的铝,简化了方法,加快了速度,获得了满意的结果。Objective:To establish a determination method for aluminum in staple flour foods by fluoride ion selective electrode -calomel electrode mensuration. Methods:Adding different concentration aluminium standard solution to fluoride solution of acetie acid - sodium acetate buffer solution ( pH 4. 7 ) ; determining the potential by fluoride ion selective electrode ( as indicator electrode) and calomel electrode (as reference electrode) ;drawing standard curve of the aluminium concentration to relevant potential; adding sample solution to the background solution and determining the potential; looking up aluminium concentration. Results:As 3.6 -80. 0 μg aluminium was added, there was good linear relation to the potential (X = - 1. 63E - 298. 15,r =0. 9994). As aluminium concentration in sample was 75. 1,125 and 512 mg/kg,RSD was respectively 5. 3% ,1. 1% and 3.6% and average recover rate was 98. 8%. Conclusion:The method of determining aluminum in staple flour foods is simple, fast and satisfying.
