摘 要:微特电机在驱动领域的应用越来越广泛,可靠性问题是影响其在各领域应用的重要因素,因此研究提高系统可靠性的策略,减少或避免因故障造成的损失,具有十分重要的现实意义。本文介绍了可靠性工程的基本原理,引入了容错和冗余的概念,并将之运用到电机驱动系统当中,较为全面地介绍并分析了这两种策略在微特电机驱动系统可靠性技术方面的研究现状,对提高系统可靠性的几种途径给出了详细的归纳与总结。最后讨论了未来微特电机驱动系统可靠性技术研究发展的主要方向。The small and special motors have been widely used in a variety of industrial and military applications, where high degree of reliability has been an important requirement for motor drive. Hence, the strategies to improve reliability of motor drive have been an area of great interest for researchers in order to reduce or eliminate the losses of fault. In this paper, the principle of reliability engineering is introduced, and two primary effective ways to improve reliability, namely redundant technique and fault tolerant approach, are applied to motor drive. Moreover, the state of the art in strategies to improve reliability of motor drive in the past thirty years is overviewed, and the merits and drawbacks of the strategies are also analyzed. Finally, the potential techniques to improve reliability of motor drive in the next years are prospected.
