摘　　要：在人与自然的矛盾成为新的社会基本矛盾的背景下,构建社会主义和谐社会战略目标的实现,生态环境问题的妥善解决具有突出意义,事关人类生存大计。只有从这一角度思考问题,才能更好地理解党中央提出科学发展观的理论及现实意义。Against the background that the contradictions between human beings and nature have become the basic contradictions, the future achievement of the goal for the strategic development of building a harmonious socialist society and the proper settlement of the ecological problems will be of striking significance, which will have a bearing on human beings＇ existence. Only by considering the matter from this perspective can we better understand the realistic significance of the scientific concept of development raised by the Central Committee of the CP of China.
